Using Speed Dialing

Follow the procedure below to send faxes to registered recipients using speed dialing.
For easy reference, print out the list of recipients registered for speed dialing. (See
Chapter 3, “Reports and Lists,” in the Advanced Guide.)

Using One-Touch Speed/Group Dialing

Load a document.

Press the one-touch speed dialing button (01 to 15) for the required
recipient or group.

– The machine scans the document automatically.
– If you loaded the document after pressing a one-touch speed dialing button, press [Start] to

start scanning.

– Press [Stop/Reset], then [OK] to cancel sending the fax.
