Installation

Installation must be carried out by qualifi ed
and experienced personnel in compliance with
applicable regulations.

All connections must be made while the electrical
power is disconnected.

The unit may be disturbed as it is sensitive to external
elements, such as masses, metal roofing and
electromagnetic fi elds or radio broadcasts at the same
frequency, which can impair unit operation. Use plastic
containers and position the antenna away from power
cables.

•  Connect the wires to the terminal, respecting the dia-

gram in Fig.

and the instructions in the “Electrical

Connections” chapter.

The container should not be pierced for any
reason.

ANTENNA

For normal operation, the unit is equipped with an antenna
in the form of a 17 cm insulated cable.

Under no circumstances cut or change the antenna
cable.

PRELIMINARY CHECKS

The unit can be inserted inside a fl ush box or a shock-
resistant junction box.

⚠

Prepare suitable piping and ducts for routing the
electrical cables, ensuring protection against
mechanical damage.

Electrical connections

Do not connect more than one motor for each unit.

  Respect the envisaged connections.

Improper connection may cause serious damage

to the unit.
