If you cannot close the quick-release lever completely, you have to reduce
the preload. To do so turn the safety lock towards “-” (Fig. 89).

In its end position, the quick-release lever should be close to the seat post,
i.e. it should not stand out to the side (Fig. 90).
Check the quick-release at the saddle by trying to twist the saddle relative
to the frame (Fig. 91).
