When the traceroute command itself is used, the usage statement is
displayed.
ELS10-27>traceroute ?
traceroute [-m max_hops] [-q nqueries] [-w wait] host_ip [data_size]
The following is a sample traceroute:
ELS10-27> traceroute 192.168.37.20
traceroute to (192.168.37.20), 30 hops max, 40 byte packets
1 134.141.109.18 6 ms 91 ms 99 ms
2 192.168.37.20 99 ms 99 ms 99 ms
Traplog
Various SNMP traps are sent to an SNMP Manager from the ELS10-27
when certain events occur. The last 50 of these traps are kept in a log
within the ELS10-27 and can be displayed to assist in isolating failures.
The command entered by itself displays the traplog.
