Clean the machine. You can wipe the outer surface of the machine with a dry soft cloth.
Especially need to pay attention to whether there are sundries on the wheels of the trolley
and guide rails. If so, you need to clean the debris and apply lubricating oil on the surface. In
places where there is too much dust and cannot be wiped, compressed air can be used to
blow.

Wipe the working surface of the fan-shaped steel roller with a soft cloth, and apply lubricating
oil to prevent rust.

When wiping the instrument, pay attention to observe whether the screws are loose. If they
are loose, they should be tightened immediately.
Regular maintenance

Check the bolts of the instrument every week to see if there is any looseness.
NOTE
Since the instrument is under vibration when it is working, this item must not
be ignored, to prevent the instrument from affecting the test results or
causing personal injury due to the loose bolts.

The rotating and sliding parts of the instrument, such as bearings, shaft sleeves, linear guides,
etc., should be filled with lubricating oil or grease every six months.

The instrument should be maintained every year and remove the oil stains. Check the parts,
electrical components and air control components for damage, and replace them with new parts
or components in time if they are damaged.
NOTE
When cleaning the instrument, pay attention to the waterproof and moisture-
proof treatment of electrical components.
Storage
When the instrument needs to be kept for a long time, the following preparations must be completed:
