Function parameters to be set:
When the parameters are P135~P139, the power is turned from OFF to ON, the changed parameter
value is valid.

. P003. Run command selection: set the setting value to 7, that is, the communication command
state, to make the running command sent by communication valid;

. P004. Frequency setting signal: set the setting value to 7, that is, the communication command
status, and the setting signal content is RS485 communication to make the frequency command
transmitted by the communication valid;

. P135. Communication protocol selection: set the setting value to 0, that is, use the MEWTOCOL-
COM protocol;

. P136. Communication station number setting: just set the setting value to 1;

. P137. Communication speed setting: set the setting value to 96, that is, the transmission rate is
9600bps;

. P138. Stop bit length: set the setting value to 1, that is, the stop bit length is 1bit;

. P139. Parity check: set the setting value to 0, that is, no parity check.
Adjustment of rolling height
The thickness of the specimen can be set arbitrarily between 40-120 mm according to the needs of
users.
1. The change of the thickness of the specimen is realized by the change of the rolling height.
2. Adjusting the rolling height is achieved by knurled nuts between the two guide rails.
3. When adjusting, open the protective door on the right side of the instrument to see two knurled
nuts (see Figure 7-2). By adjusting the position of the knurled nut, the rolling height can be changed.
The scale on the graduated scale where the pointer points is the current rolling height.
4. After the adjustment is complete, lock the two knurled nuts to each other.
