5.5.1 Design of the guide rails
The guide rails consist of aluminium profiles with removable cover plates. Support rails and control rails are
pressed into the guide rails, which ensure the function of the anti-drop device system. The brushed profiles
provide a seal between the guide rails and the door panels. The power supply for the anti-drop device system
and the safety edge is provided as follows:
HT40:
Power chain, optional: Radio system
HT60, HT80:
Buzzbar (standard), optional: Power chain, radio system
HT150:
Power chain
5.5.2 Design of the consoles
The consoles consist of galvanised sheet steels (with an undercoat in the case of HT150XL). They are attached
at the upper end of the guide rails. When the door is opened, the door panels are stacked behind one another
in the consoles, in order to save space. The drive mechanism is integrated into the consoles. The connecting
pipe connects the two consoles to one another.
5.5.3 Movement mechanism
The individual door panels are connected to one another with lifting chains. The movement of the door panels
is guided in the guide rails by the support rollers and guide rollers attached to the header piece.
5.5.4 Hydraulic unit for SPACELITE
®
HT150XL
The hydraulic unit is attached on the maintenance platform that is mounted on the drive side. You can find
additional information about the design and function of the hydraulic unit in the documentation that was
provided for the hydraulic unit.
5.6
Emergency operation
In emergency situations (e.g. in the event of a power outage), the door may be moved by hand.
The emergency operation may only take place pursuant to the information in chapter 7.4 Emergency operation
and while adhering to the safety notices and warnings in chapter 2 Safety and in chapter 3 Other dangers.
5.7
Safety devices
The door systems are equipped with safety devices, which are described in the chapters discussing the
functions, for example:
Limit switch
Optoelectronic sensitive edge
Overload protection
Anti-dropdevice
etc.
