Function
If the emergency operation is activated with the key switch, the following buttons can be
used:
↑ Emergency operation open: The door can be opened with emergency operation.
↓ Emergency operation close: The door can be closed with emergency operation.
Result
Activates and deactivates control elements.
The
“Emergency Operation Notification” signal light is lit if emergency operation has been
activated.

Function
The charging voltage for the batteries can be regulated with the key switch.
Important!
The charging device should always be activated and only deactivated when
being serviced.
Result
When activated: The batteries are charged. The
“Charging voltage on” signal light is lit.
When deactivated: The batteries are not charged. The
“Charging voltage on” signal light is
not lit.

Function
In the case of a disruption to the safety edge, the limit switches or the photo eye, the safety
edge, limit switch and photo eye can be bypassed by turning the key switch.
Result
The door can be closed in dead man's mode even though a malfunction has been reported
with the safety edge.
6.1.4 Additional optional control elements
There can be additional functions installed on specific doors, e.g. a selector switch. See the electrical circuit
diagram for this.
6.2
Display elements
Display elements make the user aware of certain settings and situations regarding elements or the entire door
system. The control elements are located, for example, on the control cabinet and are described in the control
unit function description.
