Control and display elements 

6.1 

Control elements 

6.1.1  Definition and placement 

Control elements change the functionality of the door system by changing their position or setting. The control 

elements are located: 

 

on the front side of the control cabinet or possible on mobile devices (e.g. remote control) 

 

and on the control panel of the door leaf 

The control elements have different functions: 

 

to 

open

 or 

close

 the door, 

 

to 

stop

 the door at any point. 

6.1.2  Main switch (dial)

Turn the switch

Lock into the selected position: all poles of the system are switched to ON or OFF. 

6.1.3  Control units 

Different control unit variants are employed for specific doors:
