Select/ Create/ Edit stage program
Access to all existing stage programs and
option to create a new program, edit existing
ones or delete outdated programs.
Start test run of the selected stage
program
The stage will be positioned at all defined
measurement positions successively.
Additional actions (z-base or autofocus) will
be performed as during the actual
measurement. No spectra are recorded. This
option only serves as a check for the sample
positioning.
5.6.1 Load/Create Stage Programs
Clicking the
button opens the
SELECT
dialog that gives access to all existing stage programs
and options to create new programs.

1. Out of the list of existing stage programs one can be highlighted and selected by either double-
click or using the
button. The opened dialog allows for editing and updating the
selected program.
