6.6 System
Settings
The system workspace can be accessed by clicking the
button in the navigation bar. In this
workspace the initial hardware setup is performed. After the initial setup the system settings are
only displayed and cannot be modified by the user.
6.7 Managing the Database
The data workspace can be launched by clicking the
button in the navigation bar. It
contains additional tools for database management and reporting, and provides access to archived
measurement data.
The main working area is divided into the tabs

.
6.7.1 Report Templates
A report summarizes the information and the results of a measurement in one document. The

Moreover, new and user-defined report templates can be created by clicking
to open
the report editor. In the report images, spectra, and result tables are shown as objects. The objects
are displayed as layers.
