My printed documents are incomplete or a blue screen appears when printing after a Windows 10 update (March 2021)
Certain Windows 10 updates distributed by Microsoft in March 2021 may cause the following problems:
Parts of your printed documents are missing
A blue screen appears on your computer screen when you try to print
To be able to print again on your Brother machine, click the KBXXXXXXX update link for your Windows 10 version to download the correct patch file provided by Microsoft:
