Emergency landing
3.6.1
Landing without engine power
Emergency landings might be required in the case of engine failure and
the engine cannot be re-started.

After switching Master switch OFF, control of the flaps is no longer
possible

Precautionary landing / land as soon as practical
A precautionary landing might be required in the cases where the pilot
may be disorientated, the aircraft has no fuel reserve or possibly in bad
weather conditions.
