Air Inlet Section
Engine air inlet system ensures supply of sufficient air volume to the
engine. Air is supplied to the engine through the NACA inlet (5,
Figure 4), the air filter and the airbox (1, 2). Heated air (11) from the
heat exchanger, which is attached to the muffler is controlled by flap
on the firewall. The heating control flap is controlled by CARB HEAT
knob (13) on the instrument panel.
