The Microsoft Outlook Add-In provides an alternative option for users to view and book desk(s) from 
the calendar aside from the mobile app.

Extract or unzip the 

PDM- Add-In package file 

provided and execute the .exe file.  Ensure that 

.net framework v4.6.6
