Auto Attendants
The following screen displays a summary of predefined and
customized Auto Attendants.
The following table describes the fields in the
Auto Attendants List
screen.

Description
Auto Attendants List
There are four preset Auto Attendants in BOSST101, as follows:
•
On Duty Greeting (Ext 400): This Auto Attendant provides answering services
during office hours.
•
Break Time Greeting (Ext 401): This Auto Attendant provides answering services
during the afternoon break
•
Off Duty Greeting (Ext 402): This Auto Attendant provides answering services
outside of office hours.
•
Holidays Greeting (Ext 403): This Auto Attendant provides answering services for
non-working days.
You can configure up to ten Auto Attendants, and even record your own personalized
greeting recorded using an analog extension (please see
Appendix B: Handset
Commands on page 80
), or upload a pre-recorded message (see
Voice Upload on page
75
).
Description This field displays a brief summary for this Auto
Attendant (up to 32 alphanumeric characters).
Ext No.
This field displays the 3 or 4 digit (see
PBX Global
Configuration on page 26
) extension number for this
Auto Attendant.
Operator This field displays the available operator extension
numbers.
Function This field displays the available in-call menu options
for this Auto Attendant.
Select
Check this box to choose the Auto Attendants to
remove. Click
Delete
to erase the selected Auto
Attendant(s).
Add
Click this button to add a customized Auto Attendant.
Delete
Click this button to remove any entry with the
Select
box checked.
On Duty Greeting [400] This Auto Attendant provides answering services
during office hours.
Break Time Greeting [401] This Auto Attendant provides answering services
during the afternoon break.
