Due to the full-throttle posi-
tion of the throttle grip, the
engine speed increases as
soon as engine speed limita-
tion is deactivated.
The throttle grip reacts again
as usual.
Depending on the racetrack,
upshift and corner at an angle.
If third gear is engaged or the
angle of inclination is greater
than 30°, the shiftpoint light
goes out.
The racing start is completed
with Launch Control.

Restricting the speed with the
Pit Lane Limiter
The Pit Lane Limiter is a sup-
port function designed to com-
ply with a speed restriction, e.g.
when riding in the pit lane. For
this purpose, a maximum en-
gine RPM is defined for riding
in 1st gear.
The speed resulting from
the maximum RPM de-
pends on the gear ratio and the
tire size.
Reading display range
3500 to 8000 RPM in incre-
ments of 100

Using the Pit Lane Limiter
Ride in 1st gear.
Hold down the starter but-
ton 1 .
Open the throttle grip until
the set maximum RPM has
been reached.
The engine speed is limited
with ignition interruption.
