Remove lime spots, grease, starch and albumin (e.g. protein)
immediately.
Rust can form under such spots.
Special stainless steel cleaning agents for cleaning hot surfaces are
available from specialist dealers. Apply a very thin layer of the cleaning
agent with a soft cloth.
Plastic

cleaner or a glass scraper.

If the door handle comes into contact with descaling agent, wipe it off
immediately. Otherwise, any stains cannot be removed.
Enamel surfaces and

Follow the instructions for the surfaces of the cooking chamber in the
table.
Glass cover for the
interior lighting
Warm soapy water:

If the cooking chamber is very dirty, use oven cleaner.
