Selecting the user accounts to
move to the destination MDM
domain
You can select the user accounts that you want to migrate using any of the following methods:
• Search for and select the user accounts that are associated with a specific MDM domain, BlackBerry Enterprise Server,
group, or IT policy.
• Specify the email addresses of each user account.
• Import a CR-delimited, flat text file that contains the email addresses of the user accounts.
• If you want to run the tool in bulk mode, select a source BlackBerry Enterprise Server; the tool will migrate all of the
users associated with that BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

Before you begin:
Configure the source and destination instances of the BlackBerry Configuration Database.
