/SYNC
When the output sine wave of the Instrument is about to pass through 0 degrees, pin 9
(/SYNC) will send out a 250 uS 12 V to 0 V pulse as shown in the below timing diagram.

Pin 16 (/Fault_out) indicates when a fault occurs or the Instrument is in protection
status. During normal operation, the voltage level of this pin stays high (5 V). The
voltage level will be low (0 V) if any of the circumstances below occurs:
