To print from a network printer

, go to the “

Settings

” tab and click “

2D Barcode Format

”.

Select the shared network printer from the Printer dropdown list.
The printer name will appear preceded by the system name on the network.

If the network printer does not appear in the dropdown list of printers, add the network printer to

the system in Windows

Devices and Printers

and share the printer.

Do not share more than one printer on the network.

Uncheck any other shared printers, as they

many cause unexpected errors.

Note: If a printed label is not recognized, make sure that all systems are connected to the network, as this will
ensure that the record of printed labels is up to date across all systems.
Note2: the label records are shared when the label is printed or moved to the printed slides.
