Assigning Protocols: Scan Slides and Manually Assign Protocols

To automatically assign protocols by scanning labeled slides

, close the door and click “

Scan Slides

” on the Main

screen. The system will automatically scan all 36 slide positions and assign the protocol(s) of labeled slides to the
appropriate position on the slide map.

Tip: Click + drag on the slide map to select specific slide positions to scan.
