Small, Medium, Large:
Based on how certain meal sizes affect
your glucose.
In this category, enter the units of rapid-acting insulin to account
for how large an effect meals have on your glucose. For practical
purposes, you may consider this category as covering a small,
medium, or large amount of carbs in your meal.
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner:
Based on how meals at certain times
of the day affect your glucose.
In this category, enter the units of rapid-acting insulin you take for
each type of meal.
Three Specific Carb Amounts:
Based on how the amount of
carbohydrates in meals you commonly eat affect your glucose.
In this category, pick three different carb amounts (in grams) that
you commonly eat and then enter the units of rapid-acting insulin
you take for each.

Insulin by tapping that selection from the list.
