INSTALLATION MANUAL
8) SPRING PRELOAD CHANGE (for VISTA SW 260 SXL only)
Fig. 8
WARNING! - This operation must be performed with the utmost caution.
MAI allentare o smontare il braccio dell’anta prima di aver rimontato
la vite di vincolo molla.
- Re-align the red reference marks (if they are not aligned when the leaf is closed,
open the leaf until they match) Fig. 8.1;
- Re-tighten the screw, paying attention to ensure that it enters the crown gear,
fastening the spring again (when re-aligning the marks, the holes shall match)
Fig. 8.2;
- According to the arm type in use, repeat all the steps described above, being
aware that:
Each arm coupling tooth section corresponds to a 20° arm turn and to
a spring pre-load decrease (if in the opening direction) / increase (if in the
opposite direction) of about 0.8Nm.

9) SPRING RELOADING (for VISTA SW 260 SXL only)
WARNING! - This operation must be performed with the utmost caution.
Questa operazione dovrà essere eseguita esclusivamente se la molla
di richiusura dovesse scaricarsi a causa della mancata osservanza delle
procedure corrette di installazione.
The automation is supplied with a pre-loaded re-closure spring, with a pre-defi ned
values marked with a red indication aligned between the chain and the carpentry.
Should the spring load decrease due to the incorrect execution of the prescribed
procedures, to bring it back to the proper value you shall perform the following
steps:
1- Disconnect any already installed arms;
2- If the automation is already fastened to the wall, hold it secured and do not
remove it;
3- If the automation has not been fastened yet, fasten it to a bench;
4- Turn on the power supply to the automation;
5- Press the “
+
” button on the electrical board; the motor will start reloading the
spring. Load it until the red marks are aligned.
6- Should you need to reverse the operation as the red mark alignment point has
been exceeded, use the “
-
” button on the electrical board.
7- Once the marks are aligned,
WITHOUT TURNING OFF THE POWER SUPPLY
,
screw the spring fastening screw back into the relevant seat.
The automation is now ready to be restarted.
10) POWER SUPPLY CONNECTION
Fig. 10
- Check that the rating data match the mains data.
- Install a two-pole switch with a distance between contacts of 3mm or more.
- Check that the system is equipped with an appropriate overcurrent protection
system.
- Make sure that there are no sharp edges which could damage the cable.

WARNING - When performing the wiring and installation operations, refer
to the regulations in force and anyway to the good practice principles.
The conductors powered with safety extra low voltage (24V) must be physically
separated from the low voltage conductors, or they must be properly insulated
with an additional insulation at least 1mm thick.
Conductors must be secured by an additional fastener near the terminals, like
cable ties.

Safe Open
Safety opening sensor contact. If
the safety sensor installed on the
opening leaf section is connected to
the electronic board, “Safe Open” detects
any obstacle during the opening stage,
promptly stopping the leaf motion. If
detection ceases, the leaf resumes its
opening motion, then it closes at normal
speed. If the sensor is engaged during
the closing stage, the system does not
react and the door keeps moving. If the
leaf opens close to a wall (for example in
a corridor), you need to specify a value
(% of the total stroke) to defi ne the area
in which the sensor does not detect
the wall as an obstacle. This value can
be changed by editing parameter
20
(See the paragraph “Display operating
parameter management”).

Safe Close
Closing safety sensor contact. If the
safety sensor installed on the closing
leaf section is connected to the
electronic board, “Safe Close” detects
any obstacle during the closing stage,
promptly stopping and reversing
the leaf motion, fully opening it at
standard speed and then closing
it at normal speed. If the sensor is
engaged during the opening stage,
the system does not react and the

Key control. Lock signal. You may
connect a closing device, like an
electronic key, a key selector, a
transponder, etc.
Se il segnale si apre, la centrale
comanda la completa chiusura delle
ante (a partire da qualsiasi posizione
si trovino). Until the signal closes
back, the door stays closed and no
external device is detected (includ-
ing the multi-logic selectors).
The signal must be short-circuited
with COM if there are no connect-
ed devices.
