Note regarding "ideal weight":
The ideal weight is calculated from the body height and the BMI (Body Mass In-
dex). The ideal weight is displayed when weighing with diagnostics beginning at 18
years of age.
11 Transferring measurements to a PC / EasyFit
The EasyFit software gives you optimum
evaluation of your data. You can monitor
your weight and analysis data over a long
period, display it in the form of graphs and
have it evaluated.
If you combine it with a Beurer heart rate
monitor, you will find that there are many
other functions for weight management and
planning your training sessions:

Weekly training plan to help you reach
your desired weight
x
Different analyses and graphs for moni-
toring your training progress.
Installing the software
You will find the system requirements and
installation instructions both on the CD in-
lay and electronically in the “In-
stall_Readme” file on the CD.
Please follow the software installation in-
structions very closely and in the sequence
described.
Starting the software
You can start the EasyFit software by either
double-clicking on the EasyFit icon or via
the Start menu. When starting the software
for the first time, please enter your personal
details under
New registration
, and con-
firm them by clicking “Save”.
Connecting the scale and trans-
ferring the data
1. In the main menu, click on
Data man-
ager
, then “Transfer data”.
2. The software will prompt you to connect
the control unit to the PC. To do this, use
the data transfer cable supplied.
The data is transferred to the software.
PC OK
appears to let you know that the da-
ta transfer is complete.
The measurement data is still saved on the
scale even after it has been transferred.
Remove the USB plug from the port.
In the
Weight management
menu, click on
the “Weight” subfolder, from where you can
view your data in graph format, export it
(e.g. into Excel) and print it out.
The measurement results are analysed in
graph format in the “
Parameters
” sub-
folder.
