Step 5: Install Muffler

Slide the muffler into the power unit.

Step 6: Install Retainer



Screw the retainer firmly into the power unit, using the supplied spanner wrench. The
retainer is a left-hand thread, and must be turned to the left (counter clockwise), to
tighten.

NOTE: Recommended torque of 25-30 lb-in (2.8-3.4 N-m)

IMPORTANT: Be careful not to cross thread the retainer.
This will cause poor motor performance.
