The menu bar on the top of the first screen has the following submenus:

Main: Basic system configuration.

Advanced: Advanced system settings.

Chipset: Chipset settings

Boot: System boot configuration.

Security: BIOS security settings.

Exit: Exit options as well as loading optimal defaults
System Date [Day xx/xx/xxxx] : Set the system date.
System Time [xx:xx:xx] : Set the system time.
