with the regulations in force in the country
where the unit will be used and the data
indicated on the serial number plate;
•
Check that all the safety regulations and
anti-fire provisions in force in the country
where the unit will be used are known;
if in doubt, please contact the local fire
department for the proper information;
•
Check that the room where the unit will
be installed is suitable and dedicated
exclusively to the preparation of food;
•
Check that a high sensitivity (30 mA)
differential magnetothermal switch has
already been set up near the unit to which
the machine must be connected as well as
a grounded outlet that complies with the
regulations in the country where the unit
will be used.
Disconnect the unit from the power supply
before installing it or before performing
any ordinary or extraordinary operations.
No person can pass or stay in the
installation area while the unit is being
installed.
The unit was NOT designed to be installed
in:
•
explosive atmospheres;
•
the outdoors, in places exposed to sea air
laden with salt or under direct sunlight and
bad weather (i.e. rain, humidity, etc...)
•
in ships.
The unit must be easy to move for any
extraordinary maintenance; make sure that
any masonry work after the installation (i.e.
building walls, replacing doors with narrower
ones, renovations, etc.) doesn’t prevent the unit
from being moved.
If the unit does not work or if you notice
functional or structural modifications,
disconnect it from the power supply and call
the Technical Support center authorized by the
Manufacturer. Do not try to repair the unit. Use
original spare parts only. The Manufacturer
declines any liabilities for the use of non-original
spare parts.
The unit shall be transported with suitable
means able to bear its weigh and
dimensions. The operator shall wear personal
protection devices.
Don’t overturn the unit or lay it on its side
in order to carry out maintenance
operations.
The guarantee will be voided if any
interventions, tampering of or modifications
are made without being authorized by the
Manufacturer.
The serial number plate provides
important technical information that is
essential when requesting any machine
maintenance or repairs; therefore, do not
remove, damage or modify the plate.
It is forbidden to tamper with or remove
the safety devices (such as protection grids,
hazard stickers, etc.). The Manufacturer declines
any liabilities in the event that the above-
mentioned instructions are not followed.
Since the packaging can be potentially
hazardous, it must be kept out of the reach
of children or animals and should be disposed
of in accordance with the local regulations.
The unit should be periodically inspected
by an authorized Technical Support center.
To ensure the best operating and safety
conditions, the inspection must be carried out
in accordance with the national regulations in
force or every 12 months.
The Manufacturer refuses all possible
liabilities in the following cases:
•
incorrect installation of the machine;
•
unauthorized interventions;
•
use of non-original spare parts or spare
parts that are not specific for the unit
model;
•
partial or complete inobservance of these
instructions.
Please understand that, when the unit is
stopped, it does not mean the unit is
turned off. Therefore, for your safety, please
always check that the machine is not live and
that it is either unplugged from the power
supply or that the switch of the switchboard to
which the machine is connected is in the OFF
position
