ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
CLEANING THE UNIT
WARNINGS
Before cleaning the machine, switch it off and let the machine cool down.
In the event that the machine is electrically powered, use the switch disconnector to cut off the
power supply.
To clean any component or accessory, DO NOT use abrasive or powder detergents that are
aggressive or corrosive (i.e. hydrochloric acid/ muriatic acid or sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, etc.),
or abrasive or sharpened tools (i.e. abrasive sponges, scrapers, steel brushes, etc.), water steam jets
or pressure jets. Attention! Do not use these tools and substances to clean the furniture under the
unit.
Clean the unit at the end of every working day: fat or food residuals can burn during cooking and
damage both people and the unit.
Wear suitable personal protection devices when cleaning the machine (please see the chapter
“Personal Protection Equipment (PPE): what it is and it has to be used” on page 6)
Clean the machine every day to help it work properly and last longer.
If the unit does not work or if you notice functional or structural modifications, disconnect it from
the power supply and call the Technical Support center authorized by the Manufacturer. Do not
try to repair the unit. Every maintenance operation should be carried out by authorized personnel
only. Have the unit checked at least once a year; in this regard, we recommend that you sign a
maintenance agreement.
Use original spare parts only. The Manufacturer declines any liabilities for the use of non-original
spare parts
