years of age or by people with physical or
mental impairments or people without
experience or practice provided that they are
supervised or after they have been trained to
use the unit and know the relevant hazards.
Children must not play with the unit.
Cleaning and maintenance must not be
carried out by children without any proper
supervision. Don’t let children play with the
unit.

the access to live parts.
The areas marked by this sticker (i.e. hot
surface hazard), both during cooking and
for a certain time after switching off (because
of residual heat), can reach high temperatures.
Burning hazard. As concerns noise emissions,
the A-weighted sound pressure level is lower
than 70 dB (A).
If the unit is hooked to a bracket, do not
lean or hang on it.
Never leave any objects on top of the unit.
Do not insert objects (i.e. pot holders,
knives, etc.) under the unit.
This is an agro-food machine in
accordance with EC Regulations No.
1935/2004; therefore, it is dedicated to
processing food products in commercial and
professional kitchens, any other use is incorrect.
The Manufacturer will not be liable and does
not recognize any warranty in the event of
improper use.
If the unit does not work or if you notice
functional or structural modifications,
disconnect it from the power supply and call
the Technical Support center authorized by the
Manufacturer. Do not try to repair the unit. Use
spare parts only. The Manufacturer declines any
liabilities for the use of non-original spare parts..
Have the unit checked at least once a year;
in this regard, we recommend that you
sign a maintenance agreement.
It is forbidden to tamper with or remove
the safety devices (such as hazard stickers,
etc.). The Manufacturer declines all liabilities if
the above-mentioned instructions are not
followed.
Before cleaning the machine, switch it off
and let the machine cool down.
In the event that the machine is electrically
powered, use the switch disconnector to cut
off power supply and wait for a few minutes
before performing any operations.
Wear suitable personal protection devices
when cleaning the machine (please see
the chapter “Personal Protection Equipment
(PPE): what it is and why it has to be used” on
page 20).
The user can only carry out ordinary
cleaning operations; for extraordinary
maintenance, please call the Technical Support
Center.
The Manufacturer does not guarantee any
damage resulting from the lack of
maintenance or improper cleaning (i.e. due to
the use of incorrect cleaners).
To clean any component or accessory, DO
NOT use abrasive or powder detergents
that are aggressive or corrosive (i.e. hydrochloric
acid/ muriatic acid or sulfuric acid, sodium
hydroxide, etc.), or abrasive or sharpened tools
(i.e. abrasive sponges, scrapers, steel brushes,
etc.), water steam jets or pressure jets.
Attention! Do not use these tools and
substances to clean the furniture under the
unit.
Clean the unit at the end of every working
day: fat or food residuals can burn during
cooking and damage both people and the
unit.
