Monitoring Activates/deactivates monitoring of voltage loop. If set
to "ON" there will be an alarm in case feedback voltage
and output voltage differ.
0 = OFF
1 = ON
State Actual state of Voltage Output.
(Reboot deactivates test mode automatically).
0 = NORMAL
1 = TEST
2 = CHECK HIGH
3 = CHECK LOW
4 = ERR. HIGH
5 = ERR. LOW
6 = ERR. LOW OFF
