11. connected to any unintended product or system; or
12. where the software and/or firmware has been damaged, modified by
anyone other than BEMPU or without the express written authorization of
BEMPU , or used contrary to BEMPU’s instructions.
No warranty applies to any Product provided to the buyer for which BEMPU
or its authorized distributor is not paid (including free samples, replacement
products); and these Products are provided AS-IS without warranty.
No Implied License
Purchase or possession of this Product, confers no express or implied license
to use the Product with any unauthorised sensors, cables or accessories
other than those provided with the Product.
BEMPU reserves the right to modify, amend, update this warranty at any time
and such modifications, amendments and updates shall become effective
when posted on our website [www.bempu.com].
Indian law shall govern the terms of this warranty. The courts of Bengaluru
shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute or difference arising
of or in connection with this warranty.
