4. TROUBLESHOOTING
4.1 Device
When the main unit is powered by AC power supply:
1. If the AC power switch does not glow RED when the AC power switch is
turned ON then, check if the AC power cord is connected properly. Check if
the AC power socket is working properly and try to plug the device into any
other socket. If the problem persists then contact the BEMPU Customer
Support.
2. If the AC POWER LED does not turn blue on turning ON the device, check
the AC power cord and the power supply socket if it is working.
3. If the display does not start on pressing the power button, present on
the front panel of the main unit, then check the AC power connection. If the
problem persists then contact the BEMPU Customer Support.
4. On pressing the power button, the main unit should indicate the follow -
ing activation sequences:
i. The BEMPU logo appears
ii. An audio alarm tone plays
iii. Alarm LED blinks RED
iv. Stimulator Boot vibrates
4a. If the screen does not turn ON and does not show the BEMPU logo that
means the display screen is not working. Check the power supply and if the
problem persists then contact the BEMPU Customer Support.
4b. If Alarm LED does not blink RED then that means the LEDs are not work -
ing. If the problem persists then contact the BEMPU Customer Support.
4c. If an audio alarm is not played then that means the audio speaker does
not function properly. If the problem persists then contact the BEMPU Cus

tomer Support.
4d. If the stimulator boot does not vibrate thrice then check if the stimulator
boot is connected properly to the main unit. If the problem persists then con

tact the BEMPU Customer Support.
4e. If the screen displays “Probe not connected” or “Probe off patient”, then
