5.2 Repair and Service Policy

In case of Product malfunction or any need of Product repair or service, only 
a BEMPU or BEMPU authorised service personnel must perform the warranty 
repair or service. Discontinue using the Product in case of malfunctioning 
and immediately report to BEMPU Customer Support.

5.3 Return Procedure

1. Clean the Product and its accessories using the cleaning instructions 
described in this manual before returning. Make sure the Product is dry and 
free from any foreign objects or dirt before returning. Customer shall care

fully pack the Product in the original packaging if possible and hand over to 
pick up courier of the Company to be shipped to the address listed in BEMPU 
Customer Support Contact. Call BEMPU Customer Support and ask for tech

-

nical or logistical support. Enclose a copy of the invoice or the purchase order 
number to track its warranty status.

2. Provide contact details of person to contact for any queries about the 
reason of return or repair.

5.4 Disposal of the Device

Please ensure that local laws for disposing a regular electronic device are 
complied with.
1. Dispose the device such that it is not in the reach of children
2. Do not burn or crush the device for disposing
