The Announce ETA button
You can switch the automatic
announcement of the estimated time of
arrival on or off using the
Announce ETA
button.

Announce ETA
in the settings
menu.
Depending on the previous setting, the
function will be switched on or off.
• Left icon: Function on
• Right icon: Function off
The Reset button
You can reset the navigation settings to
their factory settings.
The settings will then be reset. The fast ac-
cess mode data, stored routes and home
address are retained.

The navigation settings are reset to their
factory settings.
Traffic announcements
using TMC*
Provided the charger cable for the
cigarette lighter is connected to the
integrated TMC antenna, your Traffic
Assist can receive traffic announcements
from radio stations.
Traffic announcements are transmitted by
radio stations via the TMC (Traffic Mes-
sage Channel) in addition to the radio
programme and are received and analysed
by the navigation system. Receiving traffic
announcements is free of charge.
Note:
TMC is not available in all countries
(currently only Belgium, Germany, Den-
mark, France, Italy, the Netherlands,
Austria, Sweden, Switzerland and Spain).
