Removing a stuck tortilla from the Wedge Press

ITEMS NEEDED:

A. Cleaning Stick

B. Oven Mitt

Introduction:

Occasionally the dough ball passes through the Press Plates and will stick to the plate

instead of coming out the Exit Slide. This section will show you how to remove a stuck

tortilla from the Wedge Press.

Precautions:

• Do not wash Press Plates in water.

• Wear oven mitts for protection.

• Do not clean press plates with any brand name cleaners, degreasers, and/or sharp objects, such as:
