Maintenance Schedule for the Oven

Clean oven round plates with a soft damp cloth.

Apply Slick’em to a soft cloth and apply to all four
Oven Plates.

Vacuum the inside of the oven around the bottom.

With soap and water clean the
(4) Scrapers and (3) Oven Slides.
X

Clean the exterior of the Oven with a dry cloth and
Stainless Steel Cleaner & Polish.
X

Dust the Adjusting Ring on the TR-2 Injector and
the Stick Burners with canned air.
X
7
Grease the Cone Bearing
manually or with Zerk Fitting.
X
