Maintenance Schedule for the Wedge Press
WEDGE PRESS
Preventative Maintenance Schedule

Clean press plates with a soft damp cloth.

Vacuum the inside cabinet behind the bottom press
plate, remove excess flour on or around gear motor.
X

Apply Slick’em to a soft cloth and apply to the top
and bottom press plates.

Empty the bracket on the Dough Trolley Loader.
Wipe clean.
X

Clean the Exit slide with a dry cloth.
X
6
Clean the exterior of the Wedge Press with a dry
cloth and Stainless Steel Cleaner & Polish.
X

Grease Cam & Cam Rollers wheel surface.
X

Grease the bottom plate Pivot Point
(plate bronze bushing)
X
9
Remove old grease from press gear motor.
Note: Grosschopp motor only, brothers motor, no
grease required.
X

Replace Cam Rollers (2 ea.) if worn grooves
appear on wheel surface.
X
11
Replace Bottom Plate Bronze Bushings if there is
excessive wear up and down movement.
X
TURN PRESS OFF
WHEN NOT IN USE.
