b maXX 58XX Multi-axis controller safety
This is a motor inverter that is supplied from a mains rectifier unit or active mains rectifier
unit via the DC link.
From the DC voltage at the DC link, the inverters on the output side produce a three-
phase current system with variable frequency and voltage for operation of several con-
nected motors.
Up to 6 axes can be controlled simultaneously, independently from each other and with
different output currents by the multi-axis controller
b maXX 58XX .

The multi-axis controller b maXX 58XX is available with a width of 175 mm and the fol-
lowing cooling variants: standard air (-S) standard air 180 ° rotated and standard air
through-hole (-A).
Depending on the required integrated axis modules 2 or 3 power types can be selected.

combination with Baumüller mains rectifier units BM50XX, BM51XX or basic units
BM4XXX / BM5XXX .
