5.7.4 Adjusting the lens
Description
The shift adjustment is done during the Installation phase.
The other adjustments possible on the lenses are:
• Motorized zoom
• Motorized focus : should be done during the installation phase
• ECR (Extended Contrast Ratio) : ECR is done through automatic adjustment of the lens opening (aperture). This is done during

Make sure to unlock the focus ring and the zoom ring before adjusting the zoom or focus of the
lens!

In case of a projector with rugged option, make sure to unlock the lens holder before shifting it up
/ down or left / right.
How to adjust the lens using the direct keys on the RCU?
1. Use one of the following keys on the RCU:
- Lens shift ( ↑ or ↓ ): to shift down or up
- Lens zoom (- or +): to zoom out or in
- Lens focus (- or +): to adjust the focus

How to shift using the OSD in combination with the RCU (or local keypad)?
1. Press MENU to activate the Tool bar
2. Press → to select the Installation
3. Press ↓ to Pull down the Installation menu
