Uniformity Correction Adjustments
Manual top-bottom-left-right Adjustment Procedure: M
Type M to activate the special manual top-bottom-left-right adjustment menu.
There are 2 adjustment modes:

CORNERS
: Use the cursors to toggle between one of the 4 corners. Select a color
(with C) and press + or - to increase or decrease its contribution in that specific
corner, without changing the color temperature in the (vertical) central region of the
screen. The correction values on the selected corner are displayed. Also, see figure
below.

BORDERS
: Choose T, B, L, R to choose the top, bottom, left or right border of
the image. Select a color (with C) and press + or - to increase or decrease its
contribution to the upper, lower, left or right half of the screen. In this mode the
applied adjustment varies gradually from a maximum variation on the selected border
to 0 in the center region. The uniformity values are displayed for the two corners of
the selected border. Also, see next figure.
CORNER mode:
only the value in one
corner changes, the other corners and
the central vertical line do not change.
BORDER mode:
the values in two
corners change equally. The variation
decreases linearly form the selected
border to the centre.
The compensation will be maximum for the center of the box, and gradually
decrease towards the edges of the ellips or circle inscribed in the box (because
color non-uniformities tend to have a more circular than rectangular shape).

When all the
necessary corrections
have been made,
press EXIT to leave
the ADJUST mode
and to proceed to
save the corrections
via the program on the
PC.
Put in D (Store to default) on the keyboard of the PC. The message are you sure y/
n appears on the bottom of the screen. Press Y(es) to confirm saving.
