Enter the new settings by editing the file. By editing this file all
parameters in the StorPoint HD can be changed. Further
explanation on the parameters is available in “Appendix B -
5.
To activate the new settings it will be necessary to restart the
StorPoint HD. This can be done by setting the
Restart
parameter
to
yes
, the StorPoint will restart when you save the file.

Save the file. Saving the file is equivalent to submitting the new
settings to the StorPoint HD. If you have set the
Restart
parameter
to
yes
, the server will restart and the indicators will flash during the
self-test. When the STATUS indicator stops flashing and remains
unlit, the server is ready for use with the new settings.

parameter value is separated by a space.
