If your StorPoint HD serial number is 00408C18025C, and you
want to map a Jaz disk named hd_18881 to drive G, type:

To make the connections permanent, edit your autoexec.bat file to
include your net use commands.
Notes:

If you are using DOS within Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.x,
and you wish to access files or directory names longer than 8
characters, you will need to precede these long names with a quote
mark (“). For example to change to the directory called Product
Information:

Windows NT gives the additional facility of using the * wildcard.
For example a quick way of changing to the Product Information
directory would be:
net use G: \\AXIS18025C\hd_18881
G:\AXIS18025C\JAZ\>HD “PRODUCT INFORMATION
G:\AXIS18025C\JAZ\>HD “PRODUCT*
