VENTILATION SYSTEM

It is important that the ventilation system be inspected and/or maintained by

Qualified Personnel at least once each year.

This inspection/maintenance should consist of, but not be limited to:

1. Inspection for blockages or build up which might interfere with the venting

the venting of the oven.

2. Repair of such blockages.

3. Proper installation of the draft hood or flue guard.

4. Inspection of the venting canopy, its drive motors and belts, etc.

5. Proper preventive maintenance can reduce your chances of costly repairs.
