CHAIN SLACK SENSOR CONTROL PROCEDURE
- Place a block between the actuator and the sensor to activate the sensor.
- Ensure the emergency stop switches are pulled out.
- The indicator, corresponding to the chain slack detection on the upper control box must light
up.
- The buzzer sounds.
- The mast lowering movement is disabled.
- All the other movements function normally.
3.8. OVERLOAD DETECTION
The machine is fitted with an overload
detection device. It is ensured by a
mechanical system.
When the overload is detected, all the movements of the machines are disabled. To restore the
functions, the platform must be unloaded until the buzzer stops and the corresponding indicator on
the upper control box switches off.
The overload sensor requires a precise setting The first setting is performed with the 2 vertical
oblong holes for the approach, the setting is fine-tuned using the M10 setting screw.
OVERLOAD DETECTION CONTROL PROCEDURE
- Place a load heavier than 200 Kg in the basket (230 kg max.).
- Ensure the emergency stop switches are not actuated.
- The corresponding indicator on the upper control box lights up.
- The buzzer sounds.
- All the movements stop.
