DO NOT OPERATE THE MACHINE IF ONE OF THE SWITCHES CONTROLLING THE
PLATFORM MOVEMENTS DOES NOT RETURN AUTOMATICALLY TO NEUTRAL WHEN
RELEASED.
IF THE MACHINE DOES NOT STOP WHEN THE CONTROL LEVER OR THE SWITCH IS
RELEASED, IMMEDIATELY DEPRESS THE EMERGENCY STOP SWITCH TO STOP
THE MACHINE.
6- Control station on the ground: The control station switches are present and return to neutral
position
– The emergency stop switch is operating correctly.
7- Hydraulic cylinders.
8- Articulation pins: Presence of the pin lock screws.

3.3 OPERATING CONTROLS
Machine operation: See Section 4
– Operation.

Ground control station
1- On power up, check that the lights come on (auto-test).
2- Depress the enable button and activate all the controls to check their good working order.
Ensure the movement stops when the control is released. Ensure the movement stops when
the enable button is released.
3- Check that the emergency stop switch cuts the movements.

Platform control station
1- On power up, check that the lights come on (Autotest).
2- Press on the enable pedal and activate all the controls to check their good working order.
Ensure the movement stops when the control is released. Ensure the movement stops when
the enable pedal is released.
3- Check the machines switches to low speed when the work platform is raised.
4- Check that the emergency stop switch cuts the movements.
