Setting screw
Mechanical overload
OVERLOAD DETECTION PRECISION ADJUSTMENT
- Ensure the platform is tightly secured.
- Place a 200 kg load in the platform centered and against the
entry toe-board.
- Tighten or loosen the setting screw until the detection is
hesitant.
- Check the setting by removing the load (no cut out) and putting
it back (immediate cut out).
- 15% tolerance is admissible therefore the maximum load in the
platform is 230 Kg.
1.5. STRUCTURE
The machine structure is made of all welded steel with special profiles and specific steel grades.
Elements of this structure therefore cannot be modified or replaced without prior approval by
Atn
. It is advised to visually inspect every 6 months the different elements to detect potential
faults.
MAST SECTIONS
- Inspect the welds around the roller pin bearings.
- Inspect the welds around the arm and tie rod pins.
- Inspect the welds around the cylinder pins.
- Inspect the welds of the cross members.
