5.1. VERIFICATION DURING COMMISSIONNING

- Conformity to the decree from March 1

2004.

- New machine, this verification is done by

(following the standards in force).

- This 1st check is valid for 6 months.

5.2. PERIODIC VERIFICATIONS IN FRANCE

- Conformity to the decree from March 1

2004.

- The machine must be controlled every 6 months by an accredited body.

- This verification consist of:

- check of its state of condition.

- Operation tests:

* brakes.

* Devices controlling the lowering of the platform.

* all the emergency and safety devices (tilt, overload…)

5.3. ADEQUATION

Never forget to check, before using the machine, that it is adapted to the worksite and the job to
be accomplished. This must be done by the operator or his manager.
