08 - Multi-Strike Filter

- Disable Multi-Strike filter 

 

Purpose: 

To filter out the multiple firings of the same cylinder found on some 

engines with Multi-strike ignition systems. 

 

How to Set: This parameter should be set to Off unless connected to a Multi-

Strike type ignition system.  When connecting to the primary or 

secondary sides of the ignition system, multiple firings of the same 

plug would be detected as separate spark events.  Setting this 

parameter to ON will filter out the multiple sparks and produce 

accurate RPM measurements on Multi-Strike Ignition systems.
