13. Two sets of Forwarding Rollers and Shafts can be
removed in the same manner as Feed Rollers and
Shaft. Remove Bearing Cap on Side Frame, slide
Roller and shaft toward you and lift out of Printer.
14. Rollers are attached to Shafts with Allen screws.
Loosen screws and slide Rollers off Shafts.
15. Reassemble in reverse order, taking care that Belts that drive Rollers are reinstalled during assembly.
Replacing Main PC Board
1. Remove two Right-hand Side Covers and Top Cover.
2. Unplug PC Board power cord from
Power Inlet PC Board.
3. Unplug connector [1] , the two Printhead ribbon
cables [2] and Cleaning Station ribbon cable from
Main PC Board.
CAUTION
BE CAREFUL WHEN REMOVING RIBBON
CABLES. THEY CAN BE DAMAGED BY
ROUGH HANDLING.
4. Remove two torque screws securing PC Board to
Support. Remove PC Board.
CAUTION
MAKE SURE YOU ARE PROPERLY
GROUNDED WHEN HANDLING THE PC
BOARD. STATIC ELECTRICITY CAN
DAMAGE THE BOARD.
